PCAT manages the Property, Automobile, General Liability and Educator's Legal Liability exposures unique to Texas schools.

Rooted in investment-minded thinking, PCAT is different from other conventional insurance plans. Property and casualty funds are not commingled with the funds and loss exposures of other unrelated funds, such as workers' compensation or group health.
